Mission Statement
The D.T.O.A. is a 501(c)3, non-profit association which has been
established to advance the education, professionalism, and safety of all
Delaware law enforcement officers from our 33 police departments.This
association strives to promote the exchange of ideas, sharing of information
relating to tactics, techniques and officer safety survival skills.
This association will provide an easily accessible training venue for law enforcement and SWAT officers who possess valuable training, experience, and knowledge to share and develop instructional courses which will benefit the men and women who protect this state by making them safer and more tactically sound.
This association will strive to create a bond between all of the law enforcement agencies within the state of Delaware. This association will create this bond through sharing each other’s resources, and making professional contacts. The D.T.O.A. will strive to provide all of its members with the most realistic training that is available.
