If you are interested in becoming a member of the Delaware Tactical Officer's Association, please download the membership application and mail it to the address listed below, along with your membership dues.

There are three (3) categories of membership, defined as the following:
Category 1
Sworn full-time law enforcement officers or full time military police
and special operations.
Members may vote, attend all meetings and functions, and be elected to positions within the association subject to the restrictions of the President, and Vice President. The President and Vice President must be Category 1 members who are assigned as full-time law enforcement officers from within the State of Delaware.
Category 2
Retired, injured, disabled law enforcement officers.
Members shall be non-voting members who may attend meetings and functions unless otherwise restricted.
Category 3
Corporate members and businesses that are interested in advancing the
association.
Members shall be non-voting members who may attend meetings and functions unless otherwise restricted and have access to publications of this association as determined by the Executive Officers.
